easy interview process , just aptitude , interview and group discussion easy questions only 30 mins of interview very very easy , group discussion everyone was given chance to speak the eassay writing was little tricky because of the constraint to write in six lines.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day total 3-4 hours. I interviewed at IBM (Pune). 1. Online Technical Test :- 1hour (language specific question,sql,programe in C++ , Java). 2. Technical Round :- 1hr 30 min (Well explain your project and be honest on what you worked). 3. Managerial + HR Round :- 1 hour (Explain your roles and responsibilities ).
