IBM Applications Software Developer interview questions

I have a 3 Years experienced candidate and the IBM is My 3rd company the interview process is good and i giving what i gone through interview having 3 rounds 1. Oral techinical 2. Techinical 3. Manager and HR

4 rounds Coding assessment we have to write 2 coding questions with all test cases passed Technical interview - it is not that difficult if we have a grip on java and spring boot we can crack it MR - it just includes the general question on how we manage work and all HR - about salary discussion and location I have completed all these rounds in 3 days and received offer in a week time
