I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. It had two rounds:
1. The Online test
This test comprised of both mathematical aptitude and Verbal. The Verbal was fairly easy. However, the aptitude which had two sections: Series, and General Aptitude would prove to be tough for a below average guy.
2. The HR round
This round was pretty easy. It was more of a conversation

Interview
Applied for developer role for core and adv java requirement in IBM ISL Pune.
1. technical round - face to face - 2 Advisory Software Developers took the technical round with general java questions.
2. received reply after 2-3 days and the next day director took HR+technical kind of round.
Both rounds went well. they assured me for job role. also director told package.
3 months went. then received call that requirement is changed from java to java,c,c++.
i thought its the same product with all these technologies and said ok as i was thinking to work on core n adv java specific tasks and i thought there would be other team doing c/c++/maintenance work.
again telephonic technical interview taken by 2-3 developers.
got selected and received updates on next day.
After joining i felt stuck as there was almost no team. So far felt lonely.
