Interview
First round was a written test which consisted of aptitude, reasoning.
Number series plays the most important role as it covers half the paper.
If that gets cleared, then comes the technical interview, followed by HR round.

I joined as a graduate hire.
First was aptitude test followed by English test.
It was easy if you prepare a bit and then followed by interview .
For freshers it was not very difficult but you need to prepare a bit beforehand.

Interview
The interview process is very formal and in a strict environment. Interviewers are very polite and helpful during interview process, they first try to remove the stress by asking questions like tell me something about yourself, your likes and dislikes, hobbies and then when they see you comfortable then they ask questions according to the data you put in your resume and some technical questions from B.Tech syllabus mostly from DS, DAA, OS and DBMS.
