Interview
It was quite organised and easy to follow. It started off with an online aptitude test followed by Versant test. Afterwards shortlisted candidates were asked to come on the next day for PI.
In PI, the questions ranged from basic HR questions to your last project accomplished. Overall the PI was to judge how well you handle yourself.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Jan 2017
Interview
There were only 2 rounds. First round was online written test. There were 3 tests in first round. 1.series questions and aptitude questions(2.15 min timer) 2.basical English 3.write and execute Java program. Next was original documents verification which took more time(waste of time). Next was HR. It went good. But I was not selected because I'm married so that I can't work in different locations. Even I said the HR that I can manage. But also not selected. However he took a chance.

Write Java program to take a sentence as input and display the same sentence removing the vowels in it.

Round 2: English Comprehension(Easy)
Round 3: Personal Interview(Comfortable)
Round 1 can be practiced online at various websites.
Round 2 is plain english understanding. If you have been using english as a language then you will be fine here.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me if i knew anything about artificial Intelligence and whether I was using Artificial Intelligence in my life.
He asked about OOPs.
About project.
And also introduce yourself was the first thing he asked.
The interviewer was very nice and made the interaction quite comfortable.
