IBM Associate System Engineer interview questions

It was a 4 round process. First round was online aptitude test. Second round was a written communication test where you will be asked to read and understand 5-6 paragraphs of text and put that in a mail to convey what you understood from those text. Third round was GD. Fourth round was a HR round.

the overall process was good & there were many rounds like first there was coding round if you pass then only you will be able to go to the next round. The interviewer was good, he asked me about myself ,about my project.
