IBM Associate System Engineer interview questions

The interview process was easy, but after that the on-boarding process is a very slow process. They don't provide you with any updates on months-on-end and you are selected yet, you have to wait for suitable business requirements, and don't except an offer in December, offer letter is a once in a blue moon scenario here.

Interview process is good. I completed my interview in 30 minutes. Interviewer is very free to talk and share the things. But not yet received the mail regarding hiring process. When can i get mail about it. I am waiting for it. When can i receive the mail.
