First round based on some mathematical game question. Around 5 to 6 question Second round was psychometric test. Asking some questions and giving scenario based questions Third round was communication test , an face to face interview.

It was great. The HR asked me everything related to my resume and what's my motivation behind joining IBM, HR was friendly and encouraging. After that, they kept in touch with me till the final declaration of the result.
