IBM Consultant interview questions

First, the screening with cv and then online interview with two consultants that took around 45minutes. They were very nice, and they asked mainly HR questions, nothing too technical. The interview was very interesting and the people very nice, nevertheless I did not get the job, and were very open to explain why.
