Phone interview was set up via email with an HR representative. I was then contacted on the phone with a project manager/consultant who worked on similar projects. Interviewer asked questions about my resume and asked to explain certain items and how I had relevent experience for the position I was applying. Still have not heard back fron HR on any next steps or if I an not being considered.
