I had an interview for a junior-level software developer role on a team working with webMethods. The conversation was with the team manager and felt more like a relaxed technical discussion than a formal interview. We talked about the team’s work, my background, and some technical concepts (OOP, SOLID and some general Java topics). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed the discussion.
The compensation and benefits package they offered was quite competitive, but I ended up declining it due to a change in my plans . Definitely one of the more positive interview experiences I’ve had.
