IBM Developer interview questions

The first step was a technical interview that used an online coding platform. There were three questions, each more challenging and complex than the one before it. You had to get the solution correct and get it within a certain execution time.

The internship application process begins with an initial coding round designed to assess technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Following this, candidates proceed to an interview round where they discuss their coding solutions, technical knowledge, and relevant experience. This interview also evaluates their communication skills and cultural fit within the company. Successful candidates who perform well in both the coding and interview rounds are then offered an internship position directly.
