I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied through my university. Interviewers were very personable and easy to talk to. Relaxed, conversation with no real script. I was asked to explain myself, why IBM, and further elaborate things on my resume. No technical testing, and no "what would you do..." behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Why IBM?
Can you elaborate your internship?
What experience with excel do you have?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Sep 2017
Interview
Very informal more of a conversation than an interview, they just talked a lot about the company rather than my experience. They spoke a lot about what IBM had to offer and the training aspects of the company. Somewhat hard to relate back they just did not seem interested in my experience.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
what experience do you have with professional business communications?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM (Williamsburg, VA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very Brief. Two on-campus interviewers. Behavioral questions. Simple and easy. A lot of fellow 'co-ops' (6 month interns) didn't go to very well-known/reputable schools, which was surprising. Any relevant finance or accounting experience should get you in.
