Interview
HR Phonecall, Manager and Team Leader phone call, Offer. The initial interview is carried out by a random HR admin, who screens the candidate and asks basic questions on the background, motivations for the candidacy and the salary expectations. If successful, an interview with the hiring manager and the team leader is carried out. Again, a background check is conducted and a description of the role is given. If successful, the position is offered.

Interview
IPATO standard test after phone interview regarding financial statements balance sheet, cash-flow, income statement, sources of revenue and performance indicators such as profitability and liquidity ratios plus other kpi functions required for financial analysis including excel v lookup and pivot tables
followed up by classic interview behavioral questions about your motivations, core values, working habits and team management skills, examples of problem solving etc

Interview
First you get a call via phone and you are being asked on basic Accounting/Finance stuff on balance sheet, also you might get questions like what is AP/AR, what is cash flow, what are the financial statements, what is liquidity and things like this. Then on the next stage you need to do a logical/math test for a limited amount of time. Then finally you are invited to a 1to1 at the office with 2 of the managers. This 3rd stage is approximately one hour long.
