IBM Financial Analyst interview questions

Started with an online application which I promptly received a phone call from the HR. Did a brief phone interview and was required to perform an online aptitude test within a week of receiving the mail. Received a reply informing me that they will revert to me if I passed the test and am selected to attend the interview. Received a mail a week later asking me to select the available date and time of interview. Attended first interview with my immediate manager and the next day second interview with my second line reporting manager.

1) First interview - screening session - aptitude and maths 2) Second interview - interview with hiring manager 2a - Strengths & Weaknesses 2b - Tell about yourself 2c - How well do you work with others 2d - Studies and activities in college/uni 3) Third interview - interview with 2nd line manager in this case country CFO 3a - Understanding of the job 3b - Studies and activities in school (Basically just want to test your communication)
