The application process is pretty easy and I got a reply from IBM within 3 weeks to arrange for an interview. There are two interviewers in the interview process which the two interviewers are very friendly and nice.

The interview was very brief and really only included a chat about what sort of things I was interested in, what I studied and university as well as some questions about what I knew about basic finance.

2 separate interviews. One about Soft Skills such as presentations and skills that help you communicate with a team. The other one about technical skills such as Excel knowledge, work with databases and knowledge of SQL or Python.
