IBM Financial Analysts interview questions

The entire interview process was too long. It started with a short phone call to check background and arrange a meeting in their office. First Meeting was with HR and it took 30-40 mins, normal questions but no info for salary or daily work. After the first interview I was asked to go to an institute to make an English test, and 3 days later I had a second interview with the line. After that I had the medical check in a clinic. Finally I received a call more than 2 weeks after the process was initiated, they confirmed the position and salary , which ended to be lower than expected after discounts. I decided not to take the job.
