There are 3 stages of the interview process.
1. Online Assessment (depends on the position you are applying)
2. Phone call iv (by HR)
3. F2F interview (2 managers)
The questions are quite okay and the managers will ask questions on your understanding of the role you are applying (basic knowledge)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
3 Part interview:
First with the recruiter, basic questions on your resume and how you fit the role.
Second with the CFO, very technical with in depth scenarios
Last with General Manager, More focused on your background, and general questions

Describe a real live event where you had to solve a financial problem
Had three rounds of interview
1. Group discussion: Was given a common topic and asked to talk on it for a minute or so
2. HR round: Common questions regarding salary and others
3. Technical round: Accounts related questions
4. Managers round
