IBM Financial Analysts interview questions

An online assessment needed to be done which is to test your cognitive ability. Then, a phone call will be received for a brief interview. After successfully passing the phone interview, a face to face interview will be held.

Interview process within expectations, with a mix of technical and behavioural questions. The former related to basic topics (financial statements, software packages normally used, etc.). The latter regarding stressful experiences and my reaction to them, examples of being innovative, etc. Overall it was an ok experience in a relaxed mood.
