IBM Intern interview questions

Took almost 2 months. I had the telephone interview, psychometric testing, and a hiring manager interview. There were weeks in between communicating that they were creating a new role for me. The online testing was a bit different to the big 4 especially the numerical and logical reasoning which gets you to think out of the box.
