IBM Intern interview questions

Very smooth, only one interview with my ultimately direct manager. Questions were mostly softballs about why I was interested in working for the company. Ultimately got the offer a couple days after.

The first step in the process was a comprehensive coding assessment that tested my knowledge and problem-solving skills related to data structures. After successfully completing this assessment, I proceeded to a series of interviews where I had the opportunity to share detailed insights about my school projects, highlight my personal experiences, and explain how they have contributed to my growth and preparedness for this role.
