The initial round of interview was over the phone. This was followed by the technical discussion on the phone. After this there was a face to face discussion. In this most of the question were based on my prior projects, I had worked on. Later it was followed with the salary negotiation in which, I was not offered what, I had asked for. But it was close enough. So, I accepted the offer
