The interview took place 20 years ago after I had contracted with IBM. Interview was conducted individually by developers, project managers and executives. Each level of management addressed different areas of interest. They evaluated both the qualifications and the social skills.

This is for an entry level role. Started with 2 leetcode questions which was done in hackerrank, both were of easy difficulty. Next, was a purely behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about my resume.
First, they will schedule you for an initial interview with the team lead and will be scheduling you for the next step which is technical exam and coding to see your skills. And Client round If they have requirement for any specific client.
