Interview
First call was with an HR person with high level information to be provided. Second call with the Line Manager to give the history of the CV and some generic questions about skills, seniority ecc.

what was your most challenged activity performed?
Why do you think are you good for the position?
Fairly straightforward. Interviews vary from teams to team. Generally interview with 2-3 team members. Overall not to intrusive. If is an internal interview it goes much smoother. Compared to other companies this is not a bad process.

Interview
Its about 3 rounds of interview, Technical, General and Manager round. First round is the Technical round. Scenario based questions on the infrastructure requirement and solutions Second round was with the onshore team on general questions, Third round is from Manager.
