Was for 5 weeks , got to last round and then rejected, it was okay took a while to get back to me but asked mainly behavioral questions and some scenario questions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Diegem, Flemish Brabant) in Dec 2017
Interview
We spent a full day in the offices of IBM in Diegem. After a short presentation, we went on to do a group work. After said group work, those who had not performed well were told to leave. Those who stayed (the majority), went on to do two separate interviews during which we were asked basic questions about our experience, our studies and ourselves.
Even though the whole process was pretty easy nothing really made any sense to me. For example, our group performed horribly (according to the IBM people) but yet every member stayed for the interview part of the day which made absolutely no sense to me. Then, during the interviews, everyone was very positive, even lauding my personal performance during the group work and my international experience but I didn't receive an offer. Very strange experience overall.
