I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Applied on a Saturday, had a phone interview on Monday. Had a F2F meeting a few weeks later with the hiring manager, and was told the same day I would be made an offer within my salary expectations. Positive experience - great recruiter and equally friendly hiring manager. All very transparent and smooth, a two-way process that made me feel valued and respected. Much better candidate experience than that offered by couple of their competitors...
