Interview
In one day, there were three 30 minute interviews back-to-back. One was a case interview, and 2 were behavioral interviews. The behavioral interviews asked normal questions. After, I received my offer ~1 month after the interview.

Walk me through your resume. Why IBM? Why consulting? Tell me a time when you worked on a team.
For the case, our client is launching a new IT project, we can do option A or B. Option A is cheaper but takes longer (with more details), and option B is more expensive but we can get it done faster. Which Option would you choose? How would you go about implementing this new technology so that people adapt with the change?
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
