Interview process is usually by phone and managers are often traveling or remote. Can be difficult to get a real sense for the interviewer or the culture.

What project that you worked had the most impact on the business overall?
Interviewer doesn't ask related questions. He is trying to google it and expecting same answer as per google only. Even though they don't know the concept, at a point I feel that person/interviewer is not related technology which they want.

Interview
The interviewers were friendly and approachable. They made sure the candidate is comfortable and ensured that they are at ease. The first round was conversational, followed by take home case study and then follow up on the case study in the job location. The fourth round was manager round and the fifth was the final round on salary discussion
