I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Austin, TX)
Interview
There were two interviews on campus. A couple weeks later they sent me an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was with a manager and a recruiter. It took 30 minutes. During the phone interview they asked mostly questions about my resume, projects, and some behavioral questions. They focused a lot on teamwork experience. Overall it was a positive experience.
A couple interviews with technical staff. Problem was that management indicated moving from hybrid model to full in office. That wasn't going to fly when I was doing the same job for a competitor fully remote
Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
Interview was good , 2007 joined ibm India .
In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
