IBM Consultant- Analytics interview questions

First did an online IQ test and then I was informed that 2 interviewers will contact me on certain date and time. Of the 2 interviewers only one made it and he did with 20 min delay!! Then the best part was that although he had a title of "Head of Big Data department" he did not have any staff with knowledge on the subject (1 man band) for the role and when he saw that I had the skills for the role he was trying to find ways to make me withdraw and to apply for another irrelevant role of a project manager!!!!!!! He initially tried to discourage me by saying the money is not good for this role and then he repeatedly mentioned one of his colleagues from another department has another role that he thought I should take although I never applied and was not at all relevant. What can I say really he found someone with the skills that the area was missing and .....

We first had a group discussion which was a knockout round on "sould corruption be legalised".pretty average Then a face 2 face round with an associate partner for BFSI services. All questions on past work ex and pretty comfortable However there was supossed to be another round with a partner, but that never happend!!
