IBM Sr. Consultant interview questions

Was called for interview by IBM HR directly. Cleared all interview rounds - completed salary negotiations and finalised a good amount of annual package - submitted all the required docs for offer rollout. But then I didn't hear anything from them ever since. My friend also had a similar experience 3 months ago. I really hate when this happens and this thing does not suit such a reputed organization. I still keep getting fresh calls saying that they have shortlisted my profile and want to interview me. There is something seriously wrong and I'm never ever gonna interview with IBM again.

Interview Process is fairly simple.One technical round, followed by HR round. Interview usually happens in IBM's office or you will have a telephonic interview from the office premises itself. If you clear your both the rounds, then they take biometrics or if crowd is more, then they will call you on next day. Offer letter takes about a month to come. They usually release offer letter after all the backgrounds checks are done.
