IBM Program Manager interview questions

Remote and in-person interview. The questions were fairly easy, mostly based on my experience and expertise. I was interviewed by two people, and the process was very quick. Between my first and second interview and getting the job was roughly one month.

Applied online through the IBM career website, and a few weeks got contacted for an initial interview with the hiring manager. Even though the interview was very simple, and the hiring manager was very nice and professional, the whole communication process was disrespectful and a complete mess . It was impossible to ever communicate with the direct corporate recruiter for this role, and instead my only point of contact was with a recruiting assistant in India, who was not aware of anything about the role.
