IBM Project Manager interview questions

It was a standard interview process with phone screen and one on one interview. It was a combination of HR and technical people in the interview. It seems that everyone was pleasant and professional in the interview and beyond. I was happy that I went on the interview and recommend the process.

I applied project manager online. I got the 1st interview after phone screen. The interview was easy and mostly about my previous job. I thought I'll get the offer, but no answer three weeks after.
