IBM Senior Consultant interview questions

Very bad experience. Process is not at all transparent. Initially promise a good offer and then go for a bad negotiation. Management seems to be not very helpful. May vary from project to project though.

There is two round. 1st is technical and 2nd is HR . In 1st interview panel are asked for your experience and what you are working on previously. what is your roll in previously company etc. 2nd round ask about your salary expectance and relocation etc.
