IBM Senior Consultant interview questions

First 3 phone interviews then one face to face interview, very lengthy process took close to 4 months to get hired. Had to see several people, 2 by phone and two face to face, was flown into Edmonton from Toronto to be interviewed. The project team to which I belonged was not even informed on my hiring.

It was a campus placement. After CV shortlisting, we were called for the interview. Was asked questions on my previous job experiences and knowledge on OCM and HR subjects.
