I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2012
Interview
It takes time to get the hiring approval from the big wigs, so be prepared to wait for months!, then several interviews take place sometime, not really technical ones, but about behavior, etc
This is professional company where they follow quite standard process like filtering the CVs, First initial Talk, then Technical interview and then Management round of interview. I like the interview process where its one day activity.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions about prior experience, then Technical round and then check communication.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Chennai) in Jan 2016
Interview
An interview is a conversation where questions are asked and answers are given.[1] In common parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation with one person acting in the role of the interviewer and the other in the role of the interviewee. The interviewer asks questions, the interviewee responds, with participants taking turns talking. Interviews usually involve a transfer of information from interviewee to interviewer, which is usually the primary purpose of the interview, although information transfers can happen in both directions simultaneously. One can contrast an interview which involves bi-directional communication with a one-way flow of information, such as a speech or oration.
