IBM Senior Developer interview questions

1st round was technical round and its very interactive round. 2nd round was 1:1 round its all about Salary discussion. Finally HR called me and said releasing offer letter. overall experience was good.

Mainly 2 rounds 1 technical and other hr .Mainly there is a PEM round which is equivalent to hr. Technically they ask deep questions on.you current project. The proces s is slow.hr does not know where is the panel itself so you.need to wait alot. But still they will.end in.1 days.
