IBM Senior Developer interview questions

They did 2 technical round for me and 1 managerial. They have good process of interviewing and usually stick to the requirement. The real problem arises during salary negotiation. They usually outsource hiring, so the consultancy agreed for X amount but when I was selected IBM offered me Y and it was just 20k more than what I was getting in my company so there was no point joining IBM.
