IBM Senior Software Developer interview questions

Applied on IBM portal. Received call from recruitment team after couple of months and interviews were scheduled the following week. Three rounds of interviews 1. Tech 2. Manager 3. Director Tech round went on for an hour followed by Manager round which took another 30 min. Director round was on the same day. I guess Director round happens only if you clear tech and manager rounds, to finalize on the offer. Received an offer letter following week

1. Coding test 2. Small technical Discussion 3. HR/Manager Discusion 4. Offer Letter Offer Letter got revised as they offered less as we have discussed during interview. Also the Date of Joining also changed accordingly
