IBM Senior Software Developer interview questions

HR guy from India emailed me for an interview for my position in San Fransisco then never showed up for the interview. Emailed him back several times and everytime he said he will call me back a certain time and he never did. At the end he said he wasnt feeling well !!! And then closed my case. That simple and I never got my interview ... No wonder these guys are filling positions here if they run the HR and dont even let you have a proper interview.
