IBM Senior Software Developer interview questions

The interview process is good right from basic to expertise in technical round also PMO round also excellent.I have given the technical interview on phone and interviewer gives ample time to think for answer.

Interview went good but hiring process still in dilama as my interview happen on 4th Nov 17 and HR told me, she will let me know 1 Dec 17 but still no updates. Process is too pathetic. However I drop them multiple emails but no response. Do not how they select the candidate.
