IBM Senior Software Engineer interview questions

first round was telephonic (technical) land difficulty level easy, second round was F2F technical and difficulty level was moderate, third PDM round managerial which was difficult to negotiate as the managers asked irrelevant questions to negotiate on salary . One of the question for application developer was which tool do you use for requirement gathering? even tough requirement gathering was not expected for this position.
