I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Noida) in Jun 2012
Interview
I was an Off Campus Hire, Total selection process involved 1 GD, 3 Interviews. Total 4 rounds .
I will give round wise feedback - Please mark a point here in Walk In drive there were around 60 participants from IIM's, ISB and IIT . I was from IIT and college wise in lowest bracket.
1st round was GD round (which was a cake walk for me at least) . Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage - just to screen out few people (as few freshers also attended the drive).
2nd Round was - Interview : It was take by a person above 1 post senior to me - again a normal pass through round all candidates were sent for 2nd round.
3rd Round - IT was taken by Senior Managing Consultant - Fully technical round , lasted for 60 mins on phone (con call Noida to Bangalore office). 75% people were rejected in this round
4th Round - Partner Round : It was more of a HR round (atleast I thought so) , questions like how u will treat your peers, why you want a job change (i was already campus selected for another firm), etc.
Overall result - Selected - Conversion rate (5/60) -- Only 5 people were given offer.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
After initial screening, I was invited to take an online analytics test. This consisted of some basic maths questions and a text understanding section. 2 months and 2 request emails to the IBM general HR inquiry later, I still haven't received a reply or any news about the outcome of my test or any further steps.

Question 1
Timed Ratio calculations from various group tables.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Arlington, VA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was referred by an employee, then maybe a month later contacted for an interview. The interview itself was fairly easy; two 30-min behavioral sections (standard behavioral questions), then one 30-min case interview. The interviews were not conducted by recruiters, so the conversation was fairly casual, and the follow-ups were not meant to be "gotcha" moments. The case study question was, however, strange to me. The position was within the public sector consulting side, and I have an MPA so a good amount of exposure to public sector case studies, but the question was obviously geared towards MBA type applicants.
