IBM Software Applications Developer interview questions

After the HR team reviewed all the materials sent by me we began a 30 minute discussion. All their questions were base to find out my background. Was very private and comfortable. All questions were a kind of open-ended and very specific to this position. The overall process seemed easy and was a great pleasure to meet such a professional team.

interview process went on smoothly it took just 4 days to complete both technical and HR process . 1)telephonic round 2)technical round 3)HR and Manager round they told that interview was cleared and asked to submit the documents , but no offer was released .... overall interview was okay no hard questions they just test whether candidate can work on any requirement
