IBM Software Developer interview questions

the whole process took 5 weeks

IT was 3 statges interview process. The first was a phone screen from the recruiter followed by a technical phone screen, follow by an onsite interview, i talked to a few managers and they decided i was the right fit for the job. Most of the questions were java based coding and also team player skills.
