IBM Software Developer interview questions

Pretty straight forward process. I had a phone interview with one manager that was mostly personal, not many technical questions asked. Then i was asked to take the IPAT. Overall it was slow but not too hard. The hiring manger that i talked to over the phone was very kind and kept in touch through out the process.
