IBM Software Developer interview questions

One round of Technical and One Round of Technical and Managerial Round. Interview went well with questions ranging from all concepts of JAVA / J2EE/ Multithreading. Was given the result same day of the interview.

Coding challenge, coding interview, mentor discussion, 'finish line' recruiting event, offer. Recruiting event was to gauge the culture of where IBM wants to go (not necessarily where they are). They want to know what you want to do so don't be afraid to voice where you want to live/work on as it can have an impact.
