IBM Software Engineer interview questions

One interview held remotely with two technical staff and management. Interview was mediocire in difficulty , questions ranged from technical questions to personality questioning. This was for a role of mainframe assembler development and required use of video. The interview lasted approximately one hour and was relatively easy.

Very difficult interview - didn't answer any of the questions they tried to ask me. I applied online and got a call from someone from I B M. I assume it would have consisted of a technical part and a non-technical part. All in all I thought it was very good of an interview. Unfortunately I couldn't do it.
