IBM Software Engineer interview questions

Phone call and onsite interview. They asked about my skills, and programming communication. Also they interested in my hardest experience on projects and how I solved the issue. And, what is my interesting thing and what I usually do on my free time~

I applied online with referral and about a week later the company reached out via email with a coding assignment for the first round. The assignment completion window was generous and you could take a few weeks to start it.
