Interview
It was very nice and comfortable. 10 of us were all seated in a row facing 3 judges. We were all asked to describe ourselves, our strengths and weaknesses, our motivation for the position. The company culture was very nice but I turned down the offer because there were sales quota to be met.

I used monster.com to get started since I found a posting that seemed a good match for my most recent experience. I was eventually contacted by phone and I was told I was on a short list with very few people ahead of me. If those people declined the job, then I would be made an offer.

Interview
The interview consists of 3 round, 2 phone interviews, one with the manager and one with the team lead, the other one is a one on one technical interview. To get the Job in IBM, you need to fit their culture and values. Talk positive and speak loud and confident. But do not bogus.
